I don't know what do you mean with "form system color".
With CSSUtils library you can:

CSSUtils.SetBackgroundColor(MainForm.RootPane, fx.Colors.Yellow)

I searched and found only this:

There is no simple way to change it. You can remove it completely and create a custom title bar with an UNDECORATED form.
