Android Question HELP! Layout issues on different resolutions!

Hello Basic4Android people,

I'm making a blog app and want it to work on all screen resolutions. I'm not getting it to work.
And I want to ask you all one question...
Can someone make my project layout work on different resolutions and/or can that one tell me how that all works?
