Hi. I have sent 5+ emails directly to you over 4 months and NO reply!
I even sent $199 to buy B4A & B4i & 1 year of MAC and NO reply!!
Did I do something wrong? Why do you not help me?

Thanks guys! I have sent many message to [email protected]. I bought a renewal of B4A and added B4I. Nothing!

This issue is resolved. We answer all mails within 24 hours (usually less). In this case the other mail server silently blocked our mails.
