Android Question hiding navigation bar

I want to hide the navigation bar while playing videos with exoplayer(the back, left pointing triangle, home the circle, and menu the square) I know this can be done because MXPlayer does it ,as well as other programs. VLC does it.
How can I do this?

I found out that with Nougant, there's a setting under display, that allows you to auto hide the navigation bar. So I really don't have to do it in B4A, but it would be nice to know if it is possible with B4A.

when I do this I get a gray bar at the bottom of the screen. Anyway to get rid of that? Actually I don't like auto hiding the nav buttons from the settings because
it auto hides them when I don't really want them hid.

Do you mean this (at the bottom)?


If yes: please note the dot on the left side of the bar. Doubleclick on it to change the behaviour.
Dot with hole = Autohide
Dot without hole = Always open
