Android Question How can I convert a third party API to b4a library

I want to use a third party API in my project.
but there is only an jar file
I notice that b4a library includes one jar file and one xml file
Is there a tool that can create the xml file or
how can I convert it to b4a library ?

You have two options:
1. Create a wrapper for this library and use SLC tool to create the XML file.
2. Access the jar with JavaObject.

The second option is simpler in some cases.
