Android Question how lock the scroll view?

how do I temporarily lock the scroll view? I have to lock the scroll in a certain position and unlock it when the user touches a certain point.

Have you tried to set ScrollView.Enabled = False ?

You can put a transparent panel over the ScrollView and handle its click event. Assuming that there isn't anything that the user needs to interact with.
