Android Question How to add B4XPlusMinus via code?

In my project the number of B4XPlusMinus views needed changes dynamically based on the value I get from server. So it is not possible to add via designer. Is it possible to add via code?

Yes. Create a layout file with only a B4XPlusMinus and load it whenever you need to add one.
