This is probably an incredibly stupid question, but I'm a newbie and working through the tutorials and help documentation, and have spent the last 2 hours trying to create a form. I saw the following in the help documentation:
"Open the IDE, add a form frmMain"
and also
"To open the Designer, choose Menu - Design - Create New Form"
... but I can't see any options from the IDE to add a form under the Project or Tools menu, nor can I see any option in the Designer under the Tools menu? Please can someone tell me how to create a form?
