How to Install and get started

Hi,
I just purchased the full version and found it difficult to follow the installation instructions which in one location says "These instructions are outdated. Please see the instructions here instead: http://www.b4x.com/android/downloads.html"
which don't work either:(

Java jdk download = "We're sorry, the page you requested was not found"

I sincerely hope this is not typical. Might be a challenge to develop following invalid instructions to downloads which don't exist.

Thanks Mr Dude. I had found that download, but after reading through the earlier posts, wasn't entirely sure which JDK was the "preferred" one.

Thanks for the prompt response.

Since you have the latest version of B4A, you can install the latest Java SDK, just make sure you download the 32bit version even if your OS (Windows 7 for example) is a 64bit version.
