iOS Question How to reconfigure "UIAlertControllerStyleAlert " ?

My app is rejected because I didn't specify the intended purpose of using background location in its message field. How can I change the text at the bottom of (Track your location in the background for a better add revenue) background alert message?

Ok. I saw it. I changed the text. But how I can translate the text into other languages?
