how to run app without device ?

i have bought the full version of b4a and I have download it to my pc.
I want to see the app without external device.
I want to see it runninig in the emulator screen.
It is not working. why ?

Everything works until I perform the step

then press - launch.

Then I don't see the picture - nothing - not even a black window.

It suggests to me that I've got a setting wrong - but which one?
