iOS Question How to upload App Preview videos

Hi, all
I must be going crazy, I am sure in the past there was a box on the App Store setup in the section "iOS Previews and Screenshots" for including a App Preview video.

I just can't see it or am I looking in the wrong place?

I think it should be modifying previews and videos before submitting them for review.
