How to use OWN Maps?

Good Evening,
I have a Question...
I try to find a way to use a different map not google maps..
In this specific case i want to add some information to a map of game...
player position and items and everthing...

I hope you know what i mean a map and you can click on it and add some infos.

Any idea how to do this?
