I can'topen or save any project.
I tried reinstall b4a but a problem still .

Let me try .. Is there any error messages that you get ?.. that information could be helpful to try and solve your problem.

When you try to open B4A, what happens? what error message do you get?

My problem in b4a the commands open and save not respond.
If I clicked on it , didn't nothing happen.

Several developers have encountered this issue in the past. The common file dialogs fail to display. Reinstalling .Net Framework should solve this issue.

I have similar problem on the past.

The solution is uninstall all old .Net and install the new version, i think it is version 4.1.

Yeah, I forgot, that it's, ver 4.5.2 the latest one, just installed this version and it will solve the problem, at least for me.

I did that but didn't solve the problem .

This is a problem with .Net Framework. The IDE just calls the standard API to show the file dialog.

Uninstall the existing one and install a different version.

I've done all your steps but not something an event

OS is Windows 7

uninstalled java SDK and .NET, restart PC, installed 32-bit java SDK and .NET. Now I can use .NET Framework 4.5.2
