Android Question Image Add Error !!!

Kindly,
I have this error!!! , the program refuse to deal with arabic letters that i am using in most of my pictures as shown below, so i need to know if there is any way to solve this issue???

Compiling generated Java code.          0.40
Convert byte code - optimized dex.      0.25
Packaging files.                        Error
..\Files\الشمس.jpg: error: Invalid filename.  Unable to add.

Can you rename the file to sun.jpg?

Yes i can,
but the problem is that i get this name from a D.B with more than 3000 words !!! and i need to change all these words also, and for other tech. resons.

The problem is that the packaging step is done by aapt which is part of Android SDK. So there is no way to change the way it works.
