Bug? Install API does not appear in the B4A's AVD

Hello everyone, yesterday after a long time I had the need to add a new version of Android.
So I sent the SDK Manager (in administrator mode) and installed the API for the Andoid version that I need.
In the B4A's AVD not find the new API are installed.
While in the Tool> ABD of SDK Manager find the installed.

How can I fix this bug?

You can manually start AVD Manager or SDK Manager as needed.

Yes, I can use the SDK Manager's AVD, but I do not understand why they are no longer updated API also B4A.
