Android Question Installation Error? Programming Window starts out blank.

Hi. Kevin Moloney here returning after a lomg illness. I have a new computer and would like to get back to android programming.



I’ve downloaded and extracted all the necessary components. installed B4A and configured paths. However upon starting B4A, I just get a blank screen in the programming window where normally the hello world program would appear (see attached screenshot). The “Designer” and “Project” menu items are unresponsive.

This is probably a rookie mistake, but any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Its the new normal.

Just click click New icon or File->New->default and set your project name and everything will work
