B4J Question Installer with external Files

I want to create an Installer with the B4J Packager.
But i have few folders with some settingsfiles in my Object folder wich is needed to start the app. How can i copy this folder with the installer?
I tried to put them in the Assetsfolder and copy them at Start, (Wich is only working if i start the exe with administrator privileges).
But due runtime i cannot access this files.
Is there another way?

You shouldn't use File.DirApp. Use File.DirData instead.
