iOS Question iphone 7 ios 15.8.2

Hello everyone
Can I install b4i bridge on iPhone 7 iOS version 15.8.2? I have an iOS developer account. I opened the developer options with the software and it was not visible normally. Can I follow the steps Erel explained or do I need iOS 16 and above?

This link suggests that the iphone 7 will only go up to iOS 15.

I believe they use the Major version number hence 15, so sometimes they may release security update or patch and they will update the minor version number.

I have iPhone 5s which is also stack on Version 12 that is 12.5.7

No. Developer account is not enough

on Windows you need Hosted Builder with iPhone as simulator
or
MacBook with XCode installed which you can create simulator on or with iphone
