Android Question Java runtime error in B4A

Hello guys, I have problem with my B4A in compile time. My B4A version is 5.02 and I install all needed components such as Java JDK, .NET framework 4.5.2 and latest Android SDk but i get some error in compiling codes. Please check the attached pics below:

Please tell me whats wrong with my steps and how i fix this.
