All of this works just fine, except that when I try to simulate buttons by using: - AddTwoLinesAndBitmap; -- Setting the bitmap (image of blank Button) with screen width & appropriate height; -- Setting the appropriate button text, with Label and SecondLabel and finally adjusting the Z values by B4X: Expand Collapse Copy lvmm.TwoLinesAndBitmap.ImageView.SendToBack lvmm.TwoLinesAndBitmap.Label.BringToFront By my logic any one of the two Z value instructions sjhould do the job, but the image is always on top and obliterates the text! Perhaps (Probably) I'm missing the blindingly obvious, but I can't see it! Any Ideas, please. . . Douglas

D DouglasNYoung Active Member Licensed User Longtime User Oct 17, 2012 #3 That's not it! Currently, if I make the image partial width the text is half hidden and half visible, so the visibility is correct, just the Z values don't seem to change! Upvote 0

Erel B4X founder Staff member Licensed User Longtime User Oct 17, 2012 #4 I recommend you to use CustomListView class instead of ListView (unless you are showing more than several thousands of items). Upvote 0
