It is used in College and School while organizing various event in which several team are going to be participate. Each event has fixed time given to each team AND THAT time was maintain this machine.
There are three bulb which give info about time by glowing red...yellow..green. On PC time is also displayed Which can be displayed more effectively using projector or LED TV.
