Android Question Looking For App Template with good look/UX

Hi all,
I have to develop a simple application to show values from some BT sensors (temperature, hudidity, battery level, ...)
Because I don't want redo the wheel ;-), I m looking for some existing applications already done (with source), some templates or snippet for :
- splashscreen
- connection screen, create account
- list with good design (text + image)
- jauges, table, list and graph

From that, I will adapt and implement all I will need.

I'm not lazy, but I'm sure there are some really pretty things out there that I won't be able to do.

I m able to pay some dollars for that.
