"Powered by..." Is over used and many people will remember the free website hosting companies. Many will think the app may be residing on box.com or using some services from there.
That said, I would prefer "App written in b4x (b4x.com)"

Generally apps target users, not developers. Users spend less time in programming than developers if they spend time there at all.

The End Users mostly doesn't care about the Developer or the Development Tools.....they just care about if the app work or not.
And they remember the developers just to blame in case of bugs.
