Is it possible to disable this API?

I know the warning email says "If your app does not use the Apple Push Notification service, no action is required", but its kind of annoying every time I generate a new build for testing, my testers get this warning.

It doesn't have any effect on your app or on the app store review.

There is no simple way to disable the API.
