iOS Question MyAppli/Object /src : Acces denied

Abruptly, Unable to access the file MyAppli/Object /src. I am blocked.
This happened after modify the icons in MyAppli/Files/Special.
What can I do?
Access denied also with windows explorator

You can always restart the computer.

Close all other apps until it works.
