iOS Question Need help with vocal functionality

I need help with a snippet for a vocal functionality-

• Start the microphone to listen for a vocal command.
• Upon listening such command (vocals followed by silence), the word(s) need to be converted to text
• Close the Listener

Any help with the code and an appropriate library will be highly appreciated. Thank you.
