iOS Question Need help with vocal functionality

I need help with a snippet for a vocal functionality-

Start the microphone to listen for a vocal command.
Upon listening such command (vocals followed by silence), the word(s) need to be converted to text
Close the Listener

Any help with the code and an appropriate library will be highly appreciated. Thank you.
