Android Question New Install Problems

Hi
I am trying to re-install software after a HDD failure. I have hit a problem that I have not come across before with the SDK Manager.
Can anyone suggest what may be wrong. I have made sure there are permissions on the destination folders
After pressing OK on the first message I get the second error. Note that no items are selected

Looks like a permission issue. Maybe the folder is restricted.

Yes I thought that too. I removed all restrictions still no good. So then I uninstalled everything, B4A, Java etc and re-installed into new folders. Then I downloaded the ready to run and tried to run the sdk manager and I get this error now

Same If i run it through trying to configure the paths

Try to run B4A as an administrator.

Yes I had tried that, I have also disabled all anti-virus software and turned of UAC

Try to move the SDK to your Documents folder.

I see your thinking but that will not work. After I reinstalled I got the last error before I even tried to access the sdk. I will have to start again from scratch think.
