Android Question Newly installed program keeps replacing existing program

I installed a program on my phone and then created a new program saved under a different name. Every time I try to install the new program it replaces the old one. I am perplexed as to whether to be mystified or confounded.

Have you changed the PACKAGE NAME?, check in the IDE, Project -> Package Name.
