It's possible to send a file using NFC protocol ?

The NFC protocol only reads that data stored on the NFC-Tag. 140bytes to 4kb (depends on Tag using)...
A filetransfer must be made on an other way...

Hi, everytime there is a update of the B4A the NFC library 1.22 get overwritten with 1.00. Is there any way possible to get the 1.22 into the libraries distibuted with the b4A?

You can open your folder containing additional libraries and rename "NFC.jar" to "NFC 1.22.jar" and "NFC.xml" to "NFC 1.22.xml".
Then you will see both the official library (1.0) and the additional library (1.22) in your IDE.

NFC can not trigger a filesharing. You can accept an special nfc value and then write the code to share a file.
But you need to write this code. NFC is just reading and/or writing to an nfc-tag.

Update Crawl the thread and you will find out that 2.22 was a typo. Inside the zip is a 1.22. the newest version of the lib seems to be 1.25 (can be found on page 3 or 4 of the thread... incl. link to the github-repo of this lib

Yep, 1.25 is the lastest. I downloaded from github, and installed eclipse. Dont really know what to do next. I opened a .project file but nothing really seems to load.

any ideas ??

do you want the lib to be compiled again?
I personally prefer using SLC to compile java-librarys for B4A

You can use this archive.
1. The jar and xml are precompiled and you just can use it.
2. The java-source can be imported in eclipse into the workspace. The java-source can be build with SLC too.
I have restructured the lib a bit. The nfs lib is now part of the class com.github.nfc

You need to use "com.github" in b4a-ignore when using SLC

In a future version of the library I would suggest to rename GeTagtUID to GetTagUID (move the "t")
