No Beep sound in speaker pc

Hi.

I use beeper for beep sound and it works on my laptop.
In my desk computer i can't hear any beep with the same app that i have wrote.

I have an old win app that i wrote in vb6 with alot of buttons and i hear the speaker beeps (not in sound card).

What can be the problem ?
