Android Question Note 4 to test

Does anyone have the new note 4 that would mind running a test for me? I have a customer that has my app that didn't have any issues until he got the new note 4 and now it crashes saying that unfortunately the app has stopped. I think he said it was version 4.4.4. The highest device I have is 4.4.2.

can not you try it on an emulator?

I can't seem to get the emulator working. I am working on it though.

Obviously I missed the note about the sd card changes in 4.4.4. I guess I have a lot to catch up on to figure out what I need to do.
