Android Question NotificationListener not work with sdk 33

hello every one when i add NotificationListener to my app targetsdkversion 33 i got problem when intslled in my mobile but when i changed sdk to version 28 work

is this library not work with sdk above 28

yes i have checked and also added it to my app in B4XPage_Created event

is there any update i can't upload app because the sdk version must at least 33 version but the notificaiton work only on 28 sdk and can't work in above

if i change to 33 the app can't install in my mobile only display error in analysis app
