iOS Question OTA Deployer issues

Hello everyone,

i tried using the OTA Deployer like Erel explained here: https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/t...ly-distribute-your-app-to-beta-testers.61672/

i got the download link and tried it on my IPad.
the Ipad asks to open the link with itunes, finds it (correct app-name, so i guess the link is right), but when i click install, it just says it couldn't download the app.

does anyone have an idea how to fix this?

Are you able to run the app on your iPad with B4i-Bridge?

yepp
the app runs
but the downloads abort with error
I tried to open the link on my iPad

He aked for allowing the Install of my app and I answer with "Ok"
but when i click install, it just says it couldn't download the app.

Are there any non-ASCII characters in the app name?

yesterday there was a Space Char in the filename
I changed it , but nothing changed

Here the result-link from OTA



I changed the %2F and %3A and so on into : \
but then nothing happens and the download want start
with %2f ... the IOS-Mailer asked for Install but the download failed.

I've removed the image as it included your hosted builder id.

In most cases such errors are related to a missing UDID in the provision profile. Are you 100% sure that you can install the same IPA on the iPad using B4i-Bridge?

The same IPA ? No
B4I/ B4 Bridge reports an error to work with the release version.
I will check the provision profile,

This is the issue. (see my question in post #2...)

Don't move to OTA until you are able to solve it with B4i-Bridge.
