"Pay attention to the new questions / answers feature..."

I understand that this feature is designed to save time by floating the "Most Voted" answer to the top - so someone looking for an answer doesn't have to search the entire thread.

But, I hope this will not ruin the community we currently have by potentially making posts "competitive".

For example, if someone's posts keep getting out voted, they might not bother to make many posts at all.

...Or worse, potentially build friction between user's.

I think it is useful for people who is in the rush or having little patient. Most of the time, I will read the whole page of replies to get more hints. I will judge by myself because sometimes the second high voted answer is working in my case.

I am not sure I like the idea of 'The Best Answer', because the best answer for one may not be so for another one with different objective. Furthermore, it will discourage those who want to answer but become reluctant to answer because they think their solution may not be good enough or worthy of posting.

Promoting B4J - What do you think?

While there are many programming language available today, including free tools, there aren't many quality RAD (rapid application development) tools. As I see it, B4J, especially after the latest update which adds an internal designer, is a good candidate to to be a very popular programming...
