Hi,

I have problems with the Designer.apk specifically on my HTC-Desire, on the emulator running without problems.

Here is the error message:
---------------------------
Basic4android
---------------------------
An error occurred.
pkg: /data/local/tmp/Designer.apk
Failure [INSTALL_FAILED_CONTAINER_ERROR]

Restarting ADB Server may solve this problem.
Main - Tools - Restart ADB Server
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

The ADB has also started server many times without success.

Does it happen with other applications that you install?
Yes.

If I select "Can Install To External Storage" then I get this error message:
Installing file to device. Error
pkg: /data/local/tmp/FGBank.apk
Failure [INSTALL_FAILED_CONTAINER_ERROR]
Unchecking "Project - Can Install To External Storage" may solve this problem.

Filippo hi!

Is it at all possible that you have an unformatted or full sd card in your HTC?

It almost sounds that way.

When you plug your device in, does the device ask if you want to Mount the SD card? if it does select Don't mount.

If it does not ask, go into the USB settings (on the device), and set USB Mass Storage to "Ask me"

What happens is if you mount the SD so that the computer can see it as a storage device, the phone can no longer see it.

Hope that helps

No, I have changed nothing and no formatted SD card.

I put the device with the setting "Only Load " and it always works.
At the device everything is properly set.

@Erel
