how to public application in APPLE store (not in APP store)?

Is there some manual how to public application in APPLE store?

Is possible move application from APPLE store to APP store in the future?

When publishing Apps, you have options on the dashboard to select for iPhone (iOS) or select for it to be available for MacBook s as well. It's all on dashboard
