This app have 10.000.000 - 50.000.000 Installs.

Q: wait? this is a very big app? social app? game?
R: NO, its just a image view moving with a timer

In fact, as it is genuine X-ray, it does not need a hole in the cover to work

the hand and the x-ray picture are not synchronized.. while the hand moves the picture stays still then moves a little down without any kind of connection to the hand fingers..
stupid deception.

I think that if you update your app it will have more chances to be in evidence.

10 to 50 million installations (I'd like more precision): it is enviable, but only if it earned revenue.

Yes you are probably right but the thing is that if he have an interstitial ad on app start then he had more then 10mil views and maybe many thausend's clicks. So you can make lot of money from such a simple app.

It will not last forever but still profit can be made.

In this case is the graphic effect; once seen, you remove it.

I believe that the "funny" part of it made it so successful.

Did you know that the most viewed youtube video is "gangnam style"?? 2.5 billion views !!

How do you explain that? This is not even music. I think people like to laugh and funny (+sexy) stuff will always be on the top even if they are a big piece of sh@#!
