there is a function or a way to read, at runtime, the path of the Shared Modules folder?

Like File.DirAssets

The files in the "files" tab are packaged inside the APK. The code modules in the shared modules aren't, so they are not available at runtime.

It could be managed as a global variable of B4X! Otherwise, you have to write the whole path of the modules.
