Android Question Remove a view from the designer. [Solved]

Hi All,

I shouldn't be asking this question but when I attempt to remove a view by, Tools > Remove Selected View, there is no "Remove Selected View".

Can I get the tool back or is there an alternative. [ The view is buried under several layers Panels and views.]

Able to delete from Visual Designer, but I am still interested in "Tools > Remove Selected View"
Any clues.

That was the solution I came to, but still puzzled as to what happened to the Tools menu option.

If you are sure to have selected the right View (and it is so, given that you search for a "remove selected view" menu item) simply press "Del" on your keyboard.
