Bug? Renaming layout files when designer is opened causes data loss.

Reproduction: Create a layout, add some controls, save it, and then rename it with Windows Explorer. A dialog will appear stating that the designer cannot find the layout file. Clicking "continue" completely erases the layout file even if you have already saved it before.

You shouldn't rename the layout file like this. You should use Save As and save it with a new name.

I think this "bug" is "understandable". The Designer should block modification of the file using Windows Explorer and any other sw ("file in use").

@Erel - I would prefer this vs having the whole file erased. (I'm glad it was only a simple layout I lost.)
