Have a look at chapter 11.3 First example Wheel selection in the User's Guide.
It's a vertical wheel explained in details, but you could adapt it for a horizontal wheel.
Or this one more 'sophisticated' version ClsWheel, still vertical.

I read it and tried but i haven't found any satisfactory solution

I copied the image and here is what I got, I'm sure with some better photoshop work it can get better.

Note: It stops only at the middle of the label, not anywhere in between labels !
To make the wheel non-cyclic - add "False" to the Text property in the designer.
