Android Question Run B4a-app on Windows 10 tablet

Our client doesn't want it's employees to use 2 devices at the same time (double costs etc.).
Is it possible to run the apk in a emulator with all functionalities (GPS / Phone / Camera)?

Or is it possible to convert the B4A-app to B4J and then run on a Windows 10 tablet?

No. The emulator doesn't integrate with the device camera or GPS or phone features.

Does it run full Windows? If so then you can use B4J to develop apps for it. However it will not be trivial to integrate with the hardware features mentioned above.
