I want to make a Screen broadcasting APP(Use UDP),need some advice.

If you want to get more than a few frames per second then you will need to use a more sophisticated encoding instead of sending each frame separately.

Yes,I need send about 15 frames per second(the example is slow for me),So I don't know how to do it.

You can use ffmpeg with jshell. You need to search for a free extension to ffmpeg (I don't remember the name now) which can record the screen and which you can broadcast using ffmpeg
