Android Question Send a message from Android to PC via Bluetooth and WIFI

Hi,
I would to use my smarthphone for to read the barcode and then send the code to PC via Bluetooth and if is not available then use WIFI.

How I can send the text of barcode using bluetooh and WIFI?
I read something about AsynkStreams but I don't know how begin.

You can use Bluetooth instead of TCP or UDP. The code is mostly the same.

Only one question, for the application about the desktop control from android device needs the application side pc?

I try to explain better my question.
For the example "Control the desktop with your phone" there is need also the application that running pc side on listening for UDP packets or only works only with the android example running on the smartphone?

I also tryed to send messages via bluetooh, but between two android device they works while from smartphone to PC not works. The smartphone does not see the PC during the serching bluetooh device.
