iOS Question Sending out app to another computer

Hi,
I am very, very new to B4I development.
When I have my program ready for a friend to test my little app, can I send her a file for her to install my beta version?
Can I email her the ipa file?

How does this bit work?

1. Make sure to add her device UDID to the provision file.
2. Compile your app with the new provision file (Tools - Build Server - Release App)
3. Download the ipa file (Tools - Build Server - Download).
4. Send her the ipa file. She can install it with iTunes.
