Android Question Service closes

My application does start a service at boot. Starts normally and works.
The problem is when I open the application. The service that was open, it's closed.
How can I proceed to make sure that doesn't happen?
My application was developed on the B4A.

You shouldn't assume that Android will keep the process running.
