Android Question shake phone simulator

an external app require to shake phone periodically, is it possible to write an app with a shake button so that whenever the external app request for a phone shake, i just need to press on the button instead of shake?

that other app is probably checking the sensors. Those are read only I guess so I don't have a clue how you can simulate that required shake.

ic. i tot there are something to call external app so that my b4a app and external app are both on fore screen, so that i can activate a shake action. anyway thank you for your info.
