I personally don't understand what you are trying to say, well not fully anyway.
You can always start with THIS, then code the sliding up and down effect manually. But there might already be a better sliding solution on here already...

Hi, I love B4A, but with effects like this, there is very little code available. We need more effects so that our apps are more beautiful in the visual part

you just have to make the action bar visible or invisible. When it slides up or down

use the logic from the erel example for the action bar
